• 10 Haas  CNC Turning Center Units with bar feeding and live tooling capability (2.000 - 2.500” diameter bar size)

• 4 KIA High Performance CNC Turning Centers Model Number SKT 25 and SKT21 (3.000” max diameter bar size capacity)

• 7 Doosan model 2600SY and TT1800SY, twin spindle and twin turret , live tooling with bar feeding capability (3.000” max bar size)

CNC Milling Machines:

• 13 Haas VF-4 & VF-2 Vertical Mill Machines, 4th axis capability, and rotary tables

• 1 Toyoda FH630SX Horizontal Milling Machine with 4th axis capability

• 1 Fanuc Robodrill milling machine with pallet changing capability

• 1  HAAS  UMC 750 SS  - 5 axis milling machine

• 2 HAAS VF-4 machines with Trunnions and 5 axis capability

 

Screw Machines:

• 2 (two)  Citizen Screw Machines, A20Land A20E, with a .812”  maximum diameter capability

• 3 (three) Citizen Screw Machines, A32E,  with a 1.250”  maximum diameter capability

 

Inspection Equipment:

• 2 Helmel Check master and Micro Star , CMM Measuring Machine;

• 1 (One) Keyence Visual Measuring Machine

• 1 (one) Keyence Laser CMM Laser Measurement Scanning  Machine

• 1 (One) optical comparator, Suburban Tool with Quadra-Check digital readout

• Various inspection gages and micrometers
