Lathe Setup Technician I

Hours: 1:30PM – 10:00PM - Monday–Friday

Starting Pay Range: $25 – $30 (depending on prior experience)

The Lathe Setup Technician I is responsible for setting up and verifying Haas CNC lathe operations to ensure jobs are configured to run safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is a strong fit for an experienced machinist who takes ownership of their setups and enjoys mentoring others in a precision, quality-focused environment.

Mill Setup Technician

Hours: 1:30PM – 10:00PM - Monday–Friday

Starting Pay Range: $26 – $32 (depending on prior experience)

The Mill Setup Technician is responsible for setting up and verifying Haas CNC milling operations to ensure jobs are configured to run safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role goes beyond standard operation — technicians interpret blueprints and setup sheets, select tooling and fixtures, dial in work offsets, and collaborate with Quality Control on first article inspections. This position is a strong fit for an experienced machinist who takes ownership of their setups, communicates effectively across departments, and enjoys mentoring others in a precision, quality-focused environment.
