Current Career Opportunities
Quality Control Inspector II
Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM - Monday-Friday
Starting Pay Range: $26 - $32 (depending on prior experience)
This role is responsible for inspecting precision machined parts to ensure they meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The QC Inspector II works closely with production and leadership, performing in-process and final inspections, documenting results, and helping identify issues before they become problems. This position is well-suited for someone with strong blueprint interpretation skills and hands-on experience using standard inspection tools and CMM in a machining environment.

Swiss Operator
Hours: 1:30PM - 10:00PM - Monday-Friday
Starting Pay Range: $25 - $30 (depending on prior experience)
Swiss Operators support daily production by running Swiss-type CNC machines, loading and unloading parts, performing basic inspections, and maintaining consistent part quality throughout the shift. Operators work closely with department leads, following established processes and escalating issues when needed. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in consistency, efficiency, and producing quality parts in a fast-paced production environment.
